We guarantee that for 20 years the stitching in our duvets and pillows will stay intact and the cotton ticking will remain down-proof, not allowing the down filling to escape.  The down that we use always will be of superior quality and will stay fluffy.  It will not disintegrate or clump.

We do know with certainty that our duvets and pillows can retain their loft for 20 years if fluffed thoroughly every day and aired regularly.  They must not, however, be kept in damp surroundings.   If washed, they must be dried very thoroughly.

Since frequency of fluffing varies with each customer and air dampness also varies, we cannot guarantee optimum loft for every item.

Also, this guarantee will be null and void if our products are subjected to other than normal usage , or if  our products are washed in bleach or harsh detergents that weaken cotton fibres.
