Return Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may contact us to return or exchange the items within 2 weeks of receipt of the items, provided they are unused. Shipping costs for refunds or exchange is the customer’s responsibility.

Due to the intimate nature of bedding products, Old Europe Duvet will not accept exchange or provide a refund after this time period, regardless of the said use.

All custom orders are final sale only, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
